Ms. Lauren “Elaine” Cooper is an adjunct professor in the Department of Global and Community Health. Elaine’s areas of expertise are in nutrition, alcohol education, and military health. While a student at GMU, Elaine spent three years working with the Student Support and Advocacy Center (SSAC) on nutrition and alcohol education services. Since 2012, Elaine has supported the United States Department of Defense (DoD) through government contracting.
