Accreditation
The College of Public Health at George Mason University is an applicant for accreditation by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH). We are currently accredited by CEPH as a program, offering the following degrees: PhD in Health Services Research; PhD in Public Health; an MPH with concentrations in Community Health Promotion, Epidemiology, Food Security and Nutrition, Global Health, Health Equity and Social Justice, Health Policy, and Public Health Practice; a MS in Global Health; and a BS in Community Health.
The College of Public Health is in the process of becoming accredited in the College category, with a CEPH accreditation site visit scheduled for July 2024.*
